It's a beautiful morning in the neighborhood.

I went to sleep last night planning to get up early and get out to take some pictures of this special event.
The second lunar eclipse in a rare series known as a tetrad. The first "blood moon" or super moon appeared last April and I missed seeing that one.
I got up at 6:00 this morning determined to get some photos of this eclipse.
By 6:30 I was parked along the side of the road, coffee in hand waiting..... and finally got a decent shot.
Unfortunately, the moon completely covered by Earth's shadow decided to go down out of sight before I could experience the entire effect of a super size red moon.
Now, I have to wait until April 4, 2014 or Sept. 28th, 2015 to get that shot.

It's been quite a while since I have grabbed my camera and headed out in the early morning. I've been so busy with other details of my life that I forgot how much I love to do this.
I also forgot how much I love to see this stream. I can't tell you why it resonates with me. It's not just the stream but the surrounding fields that just take my breath away.
I've been to England and I don't remember ever seeing anything like this stream but when I sit quietly watching it or taking a picture it just seems to be this is a scene from some place in Europe. Not down the road outside of Verona.
Dog In The Hole is decorated for October and so is M. Mouses' house.
It might be hard to see but to the left of his front door he has added a piece of metal wind art in turquoise, to the right his skeleton, Mexican Mariachi trumpet player. The pumpkin patch has some nice looking pumpkins this year and they are so big that one fills up the back of his red pickup truck.
Honestly, I don't know who has more fun with this display, Riley, John or me.

Here are just some other fall pictures I took this morning. The morning sunlight was perfect.
I leave you with this one. I just love this view.

I hope you have a creative day.  :)Bea
