I'm washing up more broadcloth for us to play with this Friday.
I'll be cutting this up to create flower petals for a future project.
I realize I should probably concentrate more on just a sky with clouds or a sunset but I get carried away with the paint. When I set my wet project outside to dry I really have no idea how much that paint and water is going to move around while it dries. I think that's why I enjoy the mystery of it.
When you look at these pieces of fabric try not to think of them as a finished piece. They are a first layer or perhaps just something that bits and pieces will be used in another project.
I'm looking forward to having a colorful stack of painted fabric to play with this winter.

I love playing with the colors...try some cotton twill to make yourself a jacket of many colors! Riley is totally precious and I know she is going to college!!!!
