ZOOOOOOOOooooming, I am

First morning after my first night with my new CPAP machine.

This is very much like after I had my knees replaced, WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?

But, then again, I'm glad I did. I have a brand new model of the full face mask, which really only covers just my mouth and nose. At the Home Care store they had just been trained on how to fit them properly two weeks ago.

I thought it would be uncomfortable, it's not. There is no sound from the machine, The only thing I could hear was my breathing and that reminded me of when I wear ear plugs and everything sounds like you are under water.

I do have a partial copay on this and it's a rent three times and then I own it deal.

I woke up this morning at 6:59am thinking to myself that I felt pretty good. I can't breath worth a darn when I take the mask off. I came down with a upper respiratory virus over the weekend that landed me in bed with coughing, sore ribs and a temperature. It was a real treat to have this nice moist air to breathe all night long.

So, I AM OFF TO THE STUDIO this morning. Even though most of my time will be on straightening up things and putting things away, it's will be good to be back in there.
Yesterday, after an hour of having my mask fitted and the machine explained I came home and crawled back into bed feeling extremely old and worn out.

This morning I feel GREAT. (said in my Tony the Tiger voice)

I have the computer that had to be cleaned from the nasty virus to set up out there.
It will be handy to have it and a printer for my art projects. Not that walking back to the house to print something was such a hardship but this will save some time that can be well spent on actual art.

So, good friends and family, it looks like, at least this morning that the old Bea is back to herself again and that's a VERY GOOD THING.

:)Bea Who hopes to start having pictures again to post.

What a relief to know they feel it isn't!
Many heartfelt prayers going up for you from here, Bea. For a speedy recovery from surgery.
