No, no, no I'm not leaving here.
Don't be grabbing those towels engraved with DON'T PANIC on them.

I have been trying to find the time to set up a photography blog and I finally did it.

I'll be putting some of my favorite photos in there and I hope you pop over to take a look.
I'm not putting in a comment section or Followers or anything like that. It's just a place to see some interesting photos that I have taken.

:)Bea Does anybody have a clue why I named it Sun Dog Studio?

  1. I do not have a clue but have always wondered.

  2. Maybe that you like to take pictures of sundogs when you see them in the sky? Or maybe an even simpler explanation is that you have an old dog that likes to "lay around in the sun"?

  3. Either because your studio is painted sunny yellow
Someone took the hotdogs out of the freezer and put them on the window sill in the garage and then forgot and then...nah.
I'm sticking with my first guess.

  4. Sun Dog is a beautiful post...mesmerizing images that are simply enthralling and so full of serenity. Do you sleep friend? :O) Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart

  5. A third blog....well, I for one am glad you did because those photos are just beautiful. Look forward to seeing more. Sun dog...well, I remember you speaking of that once on your blog and it being a rare and beautiful thing in the sky when it looks like 2 setting suns. It's a great name for a blog. I still want to know how you got the name dog in the hole! :)

  6. Well Laura you had a good first guess and Yvonne you get the gold star for remembering the post about the first Sun Dogs that I ever saw, in the sky. I felt like I was on another planet looking at three suns rising together. AMAZING.
LOL Lisa maybe that's why I love yellow? lolol
And, thanks Mary Helen. I'll keep adding different photos that I like well.
Deborah, some day I will have to have a contest for the person that can tell me the story of how my Dog In The Hole Studio blog got named. It's out there, there are people that know the story.......can they remember is the question. lol :)Bea

  7. Hiya Bea, I'm back at last and have so much catching up to do on your blog. What a great idea to have a photography blog. When I have a little more time I'll be over there ooing and aaahing!
